Our website and products are built on open-source work by other people. Most of those licences require attribution, and this page provides it. Nothing here restricts your rights under those licences — where one gives you more than our terms do, theirs applies.

Copyright in each component remains with its authors. The full licence text ships with each package in our source tree, and is available from each project.
02Typefaces
All three typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. They are compiled into the site at build time and served from our own server, so your browser never requests them from a third party.

03Visual assets
- ambientCG — Metal 010
- A resized derivative of the Metal 010 material is used as a subtle surface layer in the site’s 3D scenes. Published by ambientCG under CC0 1.0 (public domain dedication).
Provider logos shown on our product pages are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used to identify the services DAWN can connect to. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of, or any partnership with, Marya Labs.
04DAWN models and optional add-ons
The Whisper speech model and optional Local Studio model weights are downloaded separately and governed by their own licences. The Whisper engine itself is bundled with DAWN.
- Whisper
- The local speech-recognition engine is bundled with DAWN; the approximately 148 MB speech model downloads on first use. Model weights are subject to their own licence.
- Stability AI Stable Audio 3 Medium and Small SFX
- Optional Local Studio model downloads, not bundled weights. Governed by the Stability AI Community License, shown for acceptance before model download. Local Studio uses MLX/Metal on Apple Silicon and requires macOS 14 or later.
05DAWN and MeterStack
DAWN and MeterStack incorporate additional open-source components, including the audio plugin frameworks they are built on. Complete attribution for each product is included with that product, in its About panel or its accompanying documentation.
If a component is missing from this page or from a product’s notices, that is an oversight rather than a position — please tell us at support@maryalabs.io and we will correct it.
06Our own code
The DAWN and MeterStack applications, this website, and the Marya Labs name and branding are not open source. They are licensed to you under the DAWN EULA, the MeterStack EULA, and the Terms of Service.
