MeterStack is its own free AU/VST3 plugin with a separate installer: the visual analyzer suite—meters, stereo, scope, spectrum, waveform, and spectrograph—for the producer to read. A listening tap that hands those measurements to DAWN is in development and arrives in a future update. DAWN does not read your audio in this beta.
